Built for the
California way of living.
Build the space you've always envisioned.
Family-owned, owner-operated general contractor crafting premium homes across Los Angeles for more than two decades. New construction, major renovations, kitchen and bath remodels — built without middlemen, finished without compromise.
Two decades of building Los Angeles — one relationship at a time.
Accelerate Construction Inc. is a family-owned, owner-operated general contractor based in Woodland Hills and serving homeowners across Los Angeles. The company was established in 2005 by Alon Damari, after years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, and has built its reputation on quality workmanship, clear communication, detailed contracts, and a level of personal service that is hard to find in today’s construction industry.
Long before opening his own company, Alon built his knowledge in the field, learning every stage of the construction process from the ground up. That foundation shows in every project Accelerate takes on — from ground-up custom homes in the hills to additions, ADUs, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and full-home renovations across the Westside, the Valley, and the greater Los Angeles area.
Today, Accelerate Construction continues to operate with the same hands-on approach. Alon remains personally involved in each project, providing direct communication, close supervision, and a high level of attention to detail from the first meeting through final completion. When you hire us, you work directly with Alon — not a project manager, not a salesperson, and not a rotating team of people who are unfamiliar with your job.
We also believe a successful project starts with a clear agreement. Our contracts are detailed, specific, and built to avoid confusion. Scope of work, materials, allowances, exclusions, payment schedules, and change orders are handled clearly and professionally. If additional work is needed, it is discussed and approved first — so there are no surprises at the end of the project.
Debra Damari, whose mother was a developer and father an architect, has years of experience in all phases of construction. She manages the ACI office, works closely with architects and designers, and coordinates all city communication. Her knowledge of the permitting process and applying for permits is a valuable asset to have on any construction project. ACI tracks paperwork, keeps invoices organized, and when needed, assists clients with their material selections, plumbing fixtures, paint, tile, and design details. Debra’s role helps keep the project moving and the clients informed — resulting in a more organized experience, with construction completed on time and on budget from start to finish.
Our clients often tell us that working with Accelerate feels less like hiring a contractor and more like having a trusted partner. That is exactly how we believe construction should feel. We take pride not only in the finished product, but also in the way we get there — with honesty, communication, respect for the client’s home, and attention to the details that make the difference.
Licensed, bonded, and insured, Accelerate Construction Inc. continues to build on the same foundation that started it all: quality workmanship, reliable service, and trust.

Trusted on the most personal project a family ever takes on.
Five-star reviews from homeowners and commercial clients across the Los Angeles area.
“Our home underwent what was essentially a complete transformation with Accelerate Construction. The project included a two-story addition, three new bathrooms, a full kitchen remodel, new windows, exterior stucco, and extensive structural renovations. Since we weren't living in the house during construction, communication and trust were everything. Alon kept us informed throughout the entire process, was always available to answer our questions, and made sure every stage of the project moved forward as planned. Debra kept all of the paperwork, schedules, and material selections organized, making the entire experience much less stressful. Now, more than a few years after completion, everything still functions perfectly and the quality of the workmanship has held up beautifully. We couldn't be happier with the result and would confidently recommend Accelerate Construction to anyone planning a major renovation or addition.”
“Accelerate built our 3,100-square-foot two-story home from the ground up. Alon walked us through every stage, from foundation to framing to inspections, and explained what was happening and why. The schedule he gave us at the start was realistic, and when something shifted he told us right away instead of letting us find out on our own. We would build with him again.”
“The renovation covered our whole house, including two bathrooms, new flooring throughout, and a long list of smaller things. What I appreciated most was that the crew showed up when they said they would, and the site was cleaned up at the end of every week. The contract spelled out exactly what was included, so there were no surprise costs at the end.”
“Accelerate built out our medical center in Beverly Hills, turning one big open space into several rooms plus a reception area, with all new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Alon turned our floor plan into a realistic schedule and kept the trades moving in the right order. Debra coordinated the permits and inspections with the city, which saved me hours every week, and the build-out passed inspection on the first round.”
“We worked with Alon and Accelerate Construction for over 20 years, on everything from home additions and full remodels to windows, doors, siding, bathrooms, and kitchens. He is the most honest contractor I've ever met. What sets Alon apart is that he never pushes work you don't actually need. He gives it to you straight, respects your input, and offers genuinely thoughtful advice. I trust his opinion completely. On top of that, he's incredibly punctual and reliably finishes projects on schedule. If you're looking for a contractor who's skilled, honest, and a pleasure to work with, I can't recommend Alon and Accelerate Construction enough.”
“We hired Accelerate Construction to expand our main residence with additional living space and construct a new below-grade primary bedroom suite. They also replaced certain windows and re-stuccoed the entire exterior. Their detailed, line-by-line proposal was clear and accurate, and the final invoice matched the original estimate. When opportunities or issues with the existing structure were identified, Alon proactively documented them and clearly explained the options, helping us make informed decisions. Throughout the project, the team demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.”
“Ours was a full renovation that covered the kitchen, two bathrooms, new windows, and stucco. I got several bids before choosing Accelerate, and theirs was the most specific about what was and wasn't included. That carried through the whole job. Communication was usually a quick call or text with Alon, and Debra's invoices always matched the contract.”
“For years we put off renovating our place outside LA because we worried about being away during such a big project. Then we met Alon from Accelerate Construction. We handed him a long list: redo the entire electrical and plumbing, new siding, adding a second bathroom upstairs, and a completely new kitchen. He handled everything with calm, clear communication. We barely needed to be there in person, and that kind of trust is priceless. We highly recommend Accelerate Construction.”
“Good friends who had used Accelerate Construction before passed along their information, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Our project was a complete home renovation, including new flooring, bathrooms, drywall, painting, doors, windows, a new fireplace, and much more. Alon was on the job site almost every day, making sure everything was completed to a high standard and according to the contract. Debra handled all the coordination and paperwork and was always available to answer our questions and keep the project running smoothly. The quality of the work and the communication from start to finish were outstanding. We highly recommend Accelerate Construction to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor.”
“A friend referred us to Accelerate Construction after we had dealt with water leaks for several years. We had hired other contractors who charged us to fix the problem, but the leaks always came back after the next rainy season. Alon took the time to figure out where the water was actually getting in instead of just charging us for unnecessary work. Once the source was identified, his team fixed it the right way. We've now been through a few rainy seasons without a single leak. We're extremely happy with the work and grateful to finally have the problem solved. We highly recommend Accelerate Construction to anyone looking for an honest contractor who knows how to get the job done right.”
“We have used Accelerate Construction for numerous projects at our home in Santa Monica over the years, including building an ADU, replacing the driveway, new roofing, and making several other improvements. Our most recent projects were a kitchen renovation and new hardscaping. As always, Alon was personally involved throughout the process, kept the work organized, and made sure every detail was completed properly. We continue to choose Accelerate Construction because of the consistent quality, reliability, and care they bring to every project.”
